1. To provide a conducive space, facilities and environment for the wellbeing of its user’s information needsthat capable of meeting the challenges of information services in the 21st century era.
2. To provide, promote and maintain library materials through content development initiatives by acquiring the printed and electronic resources as a reference and academic use of the university
3. To provide services that respond to the needs of users in gathering and accessing of reliable and accurate information such as circulation and reference services, interlibrary loan, user education and information literacy programmes.
4. Creating awareness to internal users and public of its content provision through KMC portal and the institutional repositories as to promote UNITAR as the organizational learning institution.
